Hi! I’m a contemplative psychotherapist and coach in Boulder, CO.

As a LAC and LPCC, I work with adults navigating sexuality, addiction, relationships and intimacy, compulsive behaviors, and more.

I offer insight-oriented talk therapy and use EMDR as a trauma reprocessing modality when it’s a good fit.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

— Carl Rogers

About My Contemplative Approach

I’m glad you’re here.

I love working with clients to improve communication, build confidence, and create more satisfying sexual and relational experiences without getting stuck in endless analysis. My approach is direct, collaborative, and trauma-informed, grounded in contemplative psychotherapy and mindfulness… but always focused on practical, real-world change.

Whether you’re navigating desire, performance, boundaries, or addiction, I offer a straightforward, non-judgmental space where we can identify what’s not working and start making meaningful shifts right away.
