“There is no way to repress pleasure and expect liberation, satisfaction, or joy.”
— Adrienne Maree Brown, Pleasure Activism
Your experience of sex and desire is shaped by more than behavior. It’s influenced by your history, your relationships, and parts of yourself that may not always be easy to name.
Therapy provides a space that’s confidential and without judgement — so you can begin listening more closely to what your desire is communicating.

I understand that therapy is an investment of time, energy, and resources. When it comes to working with desire, relationships, and sexuality, finding the right fit matters deeply. You’re not just paying for sessions — you’re investing in specialized experience, nuance, and a space where all parts of you are welcome.
My approach is sex-positive, non-pathologizing, and grounded in curiosity rather than shame. I work with a wide range of experiences, including feeling stuck or out of control in sexual behavior, navigating desire and intimacy, healing from sexual trauma, and exploring relationships in all their forms. I support individuals and partners across diverse identities, orientations, and relationship structures, with openness and respect for each person’s unique expression.
This work is both deeply personal and highly trained. I bring years of focused education, ongoing learning, and my own lived experience into the room. My intention is to offer care that is thoughtful, attuned, and individualized — supporting you in moving toward more clarity, connection, and freedom in your relationships with yourself and others.
