Disc golf therapy: a different way to do therapy.

What is disc golf therapy?

Disc golf therapy combines individual psychotherapy with movement, time outdoors, and a fun activity. We’ll walk, throw, talk, and make space for meaningful therapeutic work, without having to sit in a therapy office the whole time.

No disc golf experience necessary. Come as you are.

My clients enjoy the flexibility of being able to move between disc golf and standard virtual or in-person therapy sessions.

Is disc golf therapy right for you?

Disc golf therapy can be a great fit if you find it easier to open up while moving rather than sitting still, want more time outside, or are simply curious about trying therapy in a different way.

Sessions are 60–90 minutes and offered in Boulder, Colorado.
