I’m not a coach who’s never sat in the therapist seat.
I run my own private practice and bring years of professional experience from the corporate world. Before becoming a therapist in Boulder, I worked as an executive assistant supporting C-suite leadership at a Fortune 1000 company; a role that required precision, systems thinking, and a deep understanding of how organizations actually function.
This means I approach private practice not just as a clinician, but as a business owner and operator.
My goal is to help you avoid unnecessary confusion, costly mistakes, and burnout – especially in the early stages of private practice.
Coaching is offered on an individual basis and tailored to your stage of practice and professional goals. Rates are tiered to support both early-career clinicians and established professionals.
